Step 1: Cut the avocado in half, carefully, remove pit, scoop out the avocado pulp being careful not to break the shell
Step 2: Combine the pulp, juice, and sugar. Mash together and refuill the shells
Step 3: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap so no air can get in. Place in freezer
Step 4: When ready to serve defrost just enough so you can get a spoon into the filling, flute the edges with whipped cream and sprinkle nuts on top - serve
