Step 1: Mix first 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup of the nuts till well blended.
Step 2: Mix remaining nuts and parsley in a large shallow bowl.
Step 3: Form cheese mixture into a ball, then roll in nuts and parsley mixture to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 24 hours. Serve with crackers or vegies.
