Step 1: Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into 12 patties. Place patties on a large plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.
Step 2: Cook patties in a small amount of hot oil for 6 to 10 minutes, flipping once midway through cooking time, until sausage is browned thoroughly.
