Step 1: Brown ground beef and choppped onion, drain if necessary. Add lasagna spices (not the noodles), broth, tomatoes and corn. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add noodles and frozen spinach. Return to a simmer, cover for another 10 minutes or until noodles are done. Stirring occasionally to prevent sticking noodles. Serve topped with fresh shredded parm cheese.
