Step 1: With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 450 °F.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the chili sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, the lemon juice, and the next 3 spices. Add the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat.
Step 3: Spread the chicken into a shallow roasting pan. In the same bowl, toss the potatoes with 4 tablespoons olive oil, taking care to coat them with the remaining marinade. Spread around the chicken. Season everything with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Bake for about 45 minutes or until the chicken falls off the bone and the potatoes are tender. Toss in the peas the last 20 minutes of cooking time.
