Step 1: Cook pasta according to al dente as this will be baked. Drain, return to pan and set aside.
Step 2: In large skillet heat butter over med/low heat. Cook thinly sliced onion until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add flour, salt & pepper: cook and stir 1 minute, add the milk, Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Gradually add chopped Brie.
Step 3: Cook and stir over medium to low heat until Brie melts. Stir cheese mixture into pasta.
Step 4: Fold in the lump crabmeat then transfer mixture to prepared dish(es)
Step 5: Place chunks of bread in food processor and process to coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over pasta/brie/crab mixture.
Step 6: Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees 20~25 mins until heated through and crumbs are golden.
