Step 1: In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, place all the peppers, onion, celery, leek, garlic, cumin, oregano, basil, rosemary, olive oil, sea salt and pepper; cook over medium heat until onions become translucent.
Step 2: Add the broth, beans and cubed chicken and bring mixture to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce heat and let mixture simmer for 40 minutes.
Step 4: Add lime and lemon juices, cilantro and green onion.
Step 5: Remove from heat and serve immediately.
