Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 2: In shallow bowl, mix all dry spices together. Heat a large skillet with vegetable oil.
Step 3: Dip each chicen piece in egg first then into spice mixture; coat well. Add to the skillet and brown on both sides. Remove to paper toweling to drain oil. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
