Step 1: You need one one-gallon zip-lock-style storage or freezer bag for this.
Step 2: Place all the corn cobs lengthwise in bag and seal, leaving a 1/4-inch gap in seal.
Step 3: Microwave corn on HIGH for 8 minutes for fresh corn (Bag will expand and hold in steam, but the gap will prevent the bag from bursting. When done, remove bag from microwave with pot-holders and open away from face to avoid injury from steam.
Step 4: Spread butter on the cobs and then salt.
