Step 1: Mix the wine and mustard in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Add the onion, garlic and rosemary and cook until onions are translucent, about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add the cabbage and cover.
Step 5: Cook for about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes, until cabbage is wilted and starts to brown.
Step 6: Pour in the wine and mustard mixture, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7: Serve.
