Step 1: Chop oranges into small pieces.
Step 2: Mix fruit, nuts and vanilla extract together with rice.
Step 3: Fold in whipped cream.
Step 4: Add sugar to taste.
Step 5: Chill for 3.5 hours. Serve cold.
Step 6: Serve with raspberry sauce so each person can add it to their bowl to taste.
