Step 1: Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, with paddle attachment. In a separate bowl combine all liquid ingredients add to dry and mix cake batter on medium speed for 1 1/2 m inutes
Step 2: Pour into three 8-inch greased cake pans about one inch high. Bake at 325 degrees for approx 25 mins.
Step 3: Cool and frost as desired.
