Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten-free flour (Birch Tree Foods Flour, All Purpose Gluten free, from Carrot Common)
- 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
- 3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
- 3/4 cup oil (vegetable oil)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How to Make

Step 1: Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, with paddle attachment. In a separate bowl combine all liquid ingredients add to dry and mix cake batter on medium speed for 1 1/2 m inutes

Step 2: Pour into three 8-inch greased cake pans about one inch high. Bake at 325 degrees for approx 25 mins.

Step 3: Cool and frost as desired.
