Step 1: In a large food-safe container large enough to hold your turkey, mix together the room temperature water, salt and brown sugar. Mix until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved. Add in garlic, sliced onions, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 2: Add in your turkey. Soak turkey for 2 days. (If the brine does not completely cover your turkey completely then you will have to turn the turkey several times during the 2 days of soaking)
