Step 1: In a 10-inch ovenproof skillet, saute garlic in butter and oil for 1 minute or until tender.
Step 2: Stir in the shrimp, lemon juice and Italian seasoning or oregano; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and parsley.
Step 3: Broil 6 in. from the heat for 2-3 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve with pasta.
