Step 1: Place your cooking vessel on the heat source.
Step 2: Seperate bacon slices and drop slice by slice into the vessel.
Step 3: Add butter ( please use butter not substitute stuff, it is needed for the flavor ).
Step 4: Sprinkle ground black pepper over the bacon while stirrring with a wooden spoon.
Step 5: Cook over low to medium heat stirring very often with a wooden spoon .
Step 6: Remove bacon pieces with tongs as they become crisp and place on toweling to drain.
Step 7: Serve while still warm.
Step 8: Options: Lemon Pepper can be used in place of black pepper. Add a dash of cayenne pepper while cooking to add some zing.
