Step 1: In a 3 quart round microwavable glass casserole dish, combine milk,water,and margarine. Microwave uncovered on high for 4 or 5 minutes,or until boiling.
Step 2: Gradually add the pasta while stirring.
Step 3: Stir in the contents of the seasoning packet,along with the chicken,frozen vegetables and basil.
Step 4: Microwave,uncovered at high for 7 minutes,after 7 minutes stir gently. Cover with plastic wrap and slightly vent,so steam can escape.
Step 5: Cook for 7 more minutes or until pasta is done.Sauce will be thin,but it will thicken upon standing.
Step 6: Let stand for 4 or 5 minutes or until it's as thick as you like.Stir before serving.
