Step 1: Pulse milk, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Stir in cream, then pour into the ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2: When ice cream is frozen firm, beat with beer in batches in a food processor or blender until combined and thin enough to drink. Serve very cold.
