Step 1: Scrub the sweet potato, cut unpeeled into 3/4 inch cubes or into 1/2 inch chips, rinse in water and dry thoroughly
Step 2: Mix together the oil, vinegar and pepper in a bowl or zip lock bag
Step 3: Mix the prepared sweet potatoes in the oil vinegar. Coat evenly
Step 4: Add the sweet potatoes to the actifry bowl, set timer for 25 minutes, turn on check after 20 minutes, continue cooking until the sweet potatoes are tender
Step 5: Sprinkle with fresh basil, season with salt - serve
