Step 1: Mix together the marscapone, parmesan, marjoram, salt and pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for an hour before spreading on the bread.
Step 2: Just before serving slice the baquette, coat each slice with 1 1/4 tablespoons of the mixture. If you wish decorate each with a bit of red pepper or anything else colourful.
Step 3: Broil until the cheese starts to melt and starts to brown - Only about 5 minutes Serve and enjoy - We sure did.
