Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package directions,drain and set aside.
Step 2: In medium sized skillet,cook bacon until crisp remove with slotted spoon to drain on paper towels.Save 3/4 teaspoon of bacon grease.
Step 3: In the same skillet,add butter,onions,and mushrooms.Cook until tender.
Step 4: Stir in flour until well blended,slowly add milk and chicken broth.
Step 5: Bring to a boil and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Step 6: Add the cheese,Italian Seasoning,salt,and pepper.cook over medium heat until cheese is melted
Step 7: Add pasta and bacon pieces to sauce mixture, stirring well. Serve and ENJOY !!!
