Step 1: Place potatoes in pot and add chicken broth and garlic, then add enough water to cover the potatoes. Boil for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain keeping the potato water into a sealable container for later use.
Step 2: Mash potatoes and garlic cloves together while adding cream and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
