Step 1: Cut bananas into 1 inch pieces. Place in zip-lock bag and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Step 2: Put frozen banana pieces in blender or food processor. Pour part of the milk in with it so it will process easier. Begin blender or processor on medium till chunks break up and begin blending. Process on high and add only enough milk as needed to process it. When it is thick and creamy, spoon out and enjoy.
