Step 1: Split eggs lengthwise
Step 2: Remove yolks and place into medium bowl.
Step 3: Mash yolks and add mustard,mayonnaise,sugar,salt,and pepper.( may not need all of mayo),mixing well.
Step 4: Add bacon,cheese,and relish if using.Mix well, if needed add a bit more mayo.
Step 5: Divide egg yolk mixture between egg whites.
Step 6: Arrange on egg platter or a nice plate,sprinkle with paprika and chill for 2 hours or longer.
