Step 1: In a medium saucepan combine the beef broth, carrots, onion, green pepper and celery Bring to a boil
Step 2: Stir in the fresh tomato, tomato juice and salt lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes
Step 3: Add zucchine and continue simmering for a further 10 minutes or until the veggies are tender. Give the pot a stir a few times, Enjoy
