Step 1: Mix together the pork, cilantro, feta cheese, curry paste, garlic, ginger, jalapeno and cumin.
Step 2: Mix well but do not over handle the meat mixture or your burger will be tough
Step 3: Form 4 patties, make a thumb print in the center of each season with salt and pepper
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and up to 4 hours
Step 5: Lightly spray a skillet with oil. Cook the burger over high heat for 1 minute
Step 6: Flip the burgers, lower heat to medium, cover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes
Step 7: Flip the burger again,cover and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the internal tempurature reaches 160f
Step 8: Serve on a bun adding whatever condiments you enjoy lettucem tomato, fried mushrooms what ever you like
