Step 1: In large Dutch oven,over medium heat,cook ground beef until no longer pink.
Step 2: Drain and return meat to pan; add chili seasoning packets.
Step 3: Then add beans and chilies.
Step 4: Add enough tomato juice to cover (about 3/4 of the bottle),and stir well.
Step 5: Simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
