Step 1: For the burgers, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with hands until blended thoroughly. Refrigerate the beef mixture covered for 2 hours or you can refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Step 2: Form in to six even patties. Grill, broil or skillet fry (grilling is better) until thorough cooked through.
Step 3: Place on warmed buns and assemble with the toppings.
