Step 1: Place steak in sealable plastic bag.
Step 2: Add remaining ingredients, except butter, and place in refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours to marinate.
Step 3: Turn bag over at least four times during marination.
Step 4: Grill over hot hardwood coals, basting frequently with marinade, for about 8-10 minutes a side.
Step 5: Check for doneness.
Step 6: When done slice steak on diagonal across the grain.
Step 7: Serve with remaining marinade that has been heated to a boil with butter added.
