Step 1: In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix egg and milk together very well.
Step 2: Mix in enough flour to desired thickness of batter is reached.
Step 3: For each pancake, pour desired amount of batter on a griddle or into a well oiled skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: When pancakes are starting to form little bubbles and pancakes are slightly dry on top, place a few pieces of sausage on each pancake.
Step 5: Flip over and cook other side until golden browned.
Step 6: Top with butter and/or syrup, enjoy.
