Step 1: In a small microwavable glass bowl add milk, salt, and chocolate chips,and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stir until chips are melted.
Step 2: Add cornstarch, stirring until no lumps remain.
Step 3: Microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture begins to boil.
Step 4: Stir again and let cool to room temperature, and pour into a small bowl or dessert dish.
Step 5: Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
