Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons water (70 to 80 degrees)
- 1/2 cup warm buttermilk (70 to 80 degrees )
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
How to Make

Step 1: In bread machine pan,place all ingredients in pan according to your particular model.

Step 2: Select basic bread setting.( Check dough after 5 minutes, to see if 1 to 2 tablespoons of flour or water is needed.).

Step 3: Chose crust color and loaf size if available.

Step 4: Bake according to your bread machine directions.
