Step 1: In a large bowl,mix well the first seven ingredients.
Step 2: Stir in the salmon,and shape into 1 inch balls.
Step 3: Heat oil in a deep fat fryer to 375 degrees, fry nuggets for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden color is reached.
Step 4: Drain well on paper towels.
