Step 1: Bring the broth to a simmer over low medium heat.
Step 2: In a bowl whisk the egg with sesame oil.
Step 3: Very slowly stream in the egg, use a fork to pull strands of the egg gently. Do not stir vigorously or you will have a mess if you do. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook until egg is done.
Step 4: Serve immediately.
