Step 1: In a medium sauce pan, add beef,onion, and garlic.
Step 2: Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink,drain and return to saucepan.
Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients,and bring to a boil.
Step 4: Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
