2 (15.5 ounce) cans mixed beans, drain (or beans of your choice)
1 cup canned cut green or yellow beans, drained
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 red or green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper
How to Make
Step 1:
Mix first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Add Italian dressing and cilantro. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
