Step 1: In a bowl combine flour, baking powder,soda,and salt.
Step 2: Stir in dry ingredients until just blended.
Step 3: Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls(if making smaller use 1/4 cupfuls )onto a lightly greased griddle,or can use a lightly greased skillet.
Step 4: Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes and edges are lightly browned.Cook until other side is golden brown.
