Step 1: In your food processor add the garlic and toasted cooled walnuts; pulse until ground. Add in the avocado, basil, olive oil and lemon juice; process until a smooth consistency is reached, scraping the bowl as necessary. Taste then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Refrigerate in a sealed container for 2-3 days.
