Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell (prebaked)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth, room temperature)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 12 ounces frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce (fudge sauce)
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
How to Make

Step 1: Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Beat until smooth.

Step 2: Fold in Cool Whip.

Step 3: Pour into the pie shell

Step 4: Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Step 5: To serve, warm hot fudge in microwave or stove top.

Step 6: Drizzle hot fudge over pie, garnish with Marichino cherries. This is sweet and rich so you may want to serve small pieces and seconds if desired.
