Wonderful Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup VERY soft butter
- 4 tablespoons flour (for a thicker pie filling use 5 tablespoons)
- 3 eggs beaten (large eggs)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 unbaked deep dish 9 inch pie shell
How to Make

Step 1: Cream the sugar and butter together. Add the flour and eggs and beat well. Add the buttermilk and vanilla; mix well & pour into pie shell.

Step 2: Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until tests done. Top should be slightly crusty and brown.
