Step 1: If frozen thaw shrimp, peel and devein (may sub with a package of 'thaw and serve cooked' shrimp, tails removed)
Step 2: Peel and crush garlic, chop finely
Step 3: Over med heat melt butter
Step 4: Add garlic saute until translucent - do not brown
Step 5: Add wine and shrimp stirring shrimp, cook about five minutes or until shrimp is pink
Step 6: Add lemon juice,finely chopped parsley, salt and freshly ground pepper,toss and simmer a minute or two. Enjoy!
