Step 1: Toast bread if desired.
Step 2: Combine olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl; brush oil mixture evenly over 1 side of each bread slice, inside pita pockets or on tortilla.
Step 3: Combine tuna and the rest of the ingredients (except lettuce).
Step 4: Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 4 bread slices.
Step 5: Top the lettuce evenly with tuna mixture, and cover with remaining bread slices.
Step 6: Serve immediately.
