Step 1: Mix together the beef, salsa, and onion soup mix. Form into 6 patties 1/2 inch thick. Do this ahead of time and keep covered in the fridge until you are almost ready to BBQ them.
Step 2: Lightly oil your BBQ rack, have medium heat. Grill the burgers for about 5 minutes each side or until they are cooked to your liking.
Step 3: Serve on a bun with avacado, tomato slice and lettuce. Add cheese if you like. Add any other condiments that you enjoy - mushrooms anyone? Enjoy.
