Step 1: Place shrimp in bowl and mix well to coat with cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Place in refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
Step 2: Heat two teaspoons of oil in large skillet. Add mushrooms, onions, and bell pepper. Saute 5 to 7 minutes, until tender.
Step 3: Add shrimp, wine, butter, and basil. Cook until shrimp is cooked (pink and firm), stirring constantly. I like to serve this over brown rice.
