Step 1: In blender or food processor, purée together strawberries, cranberry juice and 1 tbsp of the honey; strain through sieve into bowl.
Step 2: In separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla and remaining honey. Spoon berry and yogurt mixtures alternately into moulds; swirl with wooden skewer. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
