Step 1: Apples ... Toss the apples with the lemon juice and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 15-20 minutes. You want them partially frozen.
Step 2: Shake ... In a blender, add the ice cream, apple cider, caramel sauce, vanilla, and the slightly frozen apples and blend until smooth. Any ice cream sundae or caramel sauce will work fine. I use Smuckers brand
Step 3: Serve ... Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped topping, salted chopped peanuts and more caramel sauce. ENJOY! this simple easy dessert.
