Step 1: Puree the peaches in a small food processor until smooth. Add to a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix well. Adding the siracha is optional. ENJOY!
Step 2: It is fantastic as a dip with grilled/fried shrimp or chicken fingers; spread it on chicken breasts or fish and bake; they come out moist and tender. And then of course as a spread on sandwiches or burgers. It is also great in chicken salad, rather than just mayonnaise; add some dried cranberries and chopped nuts for a nice twist on chicken salad. And, if you like a little spice ... add a teaspoon of siracha.
