Step 1: Combine all ingredients but vanilla let stand 6 minutes
Step 2: Cook over medium heat - stir until full boil
Step 3: Stir in 1/2- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Step 4: Pudding thickens and softens as cools about 1 1/2 hours . Serve warm or chill additional 2 hours or more but this time in refrigerator
