Step 1: Lightly spray a large skillet with oil
Step 2: Add the raw burger meat and onion, cook over medium high heat until the burger is starting to look brown and cooked
Step 3: Add the mushrooms and garlic. continue to cook for about 6 minutes, stir it like stir fry.
Step 4: Add the mushroom soup and cottage cheese (sour cream) mix in well
Step 5: Simmer for a few minutes longer. Serve over pasta.
