Step 1: In a medium bowl whisk buttermilk with 4 ingredients until well combined. Place the pounded breasts into the buttermilk mixture and turn to coat. Refrigerate 2 or more hours.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking dish (any size pan that will hold all the chicken without over crowding).
Step 3: Place crushed Kettle chips in a shallow baking dish. Pull one piece of chicken at a time out of the buttermilk and gently shake to remove excess buttermilk. Coat each breast thoroughly on both sides with crushed chips.
Step 4: Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all chicken breasts are thoroughly coated.
Step 5: Bake for 25-35 minutes, until cooked through (cooking times will vary based on chicken thickness). Drizzle ranch dressing over each breasts, then serve.
