Step 1: Preheat oven to 450f
Step 2: Clean and prepare the asparagus and place on an oven proof dish covered in foil or parchment paper (Saves your wash up time). Spray lightly with olive oil
Step 3: Mix together the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce
Step 4: Just before roasting pour the soy sauce, garlic and ginger over the asparagus, place in oven and bake for 8 minutes. If you like your asparagus well cooked bake longer but be careful because the soy sauce will burn
